Absolutely love Glo! i love the girls that work in there. Always giving me advise and caring about my day. The beds are the best in town. I went in there the other day they just changed there mid level bed bulbs and also changed the bulbs out of the Prestige. There spray tans are the best. I always come look like a tan goddess and they last FOREVER. All around the top tanning and spa place in Fort Smith.
I am very disappointed with my experience at Glo Tanning on Phoenix ave. I tried the passport which is a great idea but went there to tan on my last day. So busy no room to park & didn't have time to go back. Decided to give them another chance & was going to try the spray tan for upcoming events. I waited in line for at least 10 minutes. One person working the entire salon from what I could see. Members kept getting waited on first so now it's a wait of more than 10 minutes. You would think with what they charge they could afford to pay 2 people to work most days. This is an issue the mgr/owner needs to address. I was looking forward to using your salon/beds but I don't have the time to wait that long. If it ever improves sign me up.....I loved the massage chair.
My sister and I were so excited to try out Glo Tanning. The shop itself was great, and the staff member who helped us was nice, she just was not too informative. She didn't go into very much detail about what we needed to do, especially with instructions on the lotion that you need to apply, and to remove it with the wipes afterward. We had dark spots between our fingers, on our feet, etc., making it obvious that we had a fake tan.I feel like, had she been more clear that we needed to wipe them off with the wipes, that wouldn't have happened. I was, however, happy with the color and how quickly it developed. I might give it another go, knowing what I know now, about spray tans, but I had to give 2 stars based on my first and only (so far) visit.
Theyre super nice and its always clean! I really like the Sun Angel! They also have a stronger bed to help you get a base tan faster. The hours are really good too! Open every day and theyre open late during the week which is perfect for after work. I highly recommend Glo Tanning!
