Horrible customer service via phone. Called the spa to inquiry about the number of employees available as well as prices on a few services for a bridal party of five. The spa day is more than two months from the time I called so it would give the spa staff plenty of time to make arrangements. I was told by the man who answered the phone, "No, honey, you don't want that. It'll be six hours for the A's Tea Party." I understand how a spa is operated. I also understand these services take time, especially since the time frame is listed on the website. The point of going to the spa was to enjoy a full day with the bridal party! The man never answered my questions. He was not helpful. He then went on to say, "I'm a guy. I don't handle these things. I'll have my wife call you. She sets up the spa." Helpful advice: Let your wife take the customer service calls for this business if you do not handle these situations.
If you are in need of the perfect facial in a very relaxing atmosphere I highly recommend seeing Michelle!
Mr. John's Salon accommodated my wedding party with only a couple of hours notice (it was an emergency), and did an excellent job on my makeup and my bridesmaids. We were all very pleased with the results and the service. They did airbrush and eyelashes. Props to our makeup artist Michelle!
Love this Salon! Merlyn was able to save my job since a prior salon destroyed my hair and instead of making it grey and blonde, dyed it purple. I cannot have unnatural colors, so she was the only one open on a weekend and worked me in at the last minute. She has my eternal gratitude for helping me out!
BUTHCHER JOB!!! WORST EVER!!!I chose this place to get a major hairstyle change because I thought it would be professional but they put me with a student who could not even cut bangs or the length straight and she had no clue how to do the hairstyle I was asking for, she cut my hair about 2 inches too short and crooked another lady tried to fix it but it's still uneven and way too short to correct-they never asked me if I wanted to be with a student and I didn't know she was until the damage was already done. She also could not figute out how to style it.It was a nightmare. I should have gone to Walmart.
