  we purchased our pool, paid for it honestly the purchase and scheduling pretty much stunk, now I know why, the two young men who are the installers are over booked and over scheduled, which is not entirely fair, their work is fantastic, over the top service from the installers, they truly went the extra mile, our pool is beautiful we have enjoyed it for the last two nights, Brenda the store manager is extremely nice and helpful, I have to say I'd for sure reccomend this company, at first I wasnt sure but Cory and his team went the extreme extra mile!!!! My 5 star rating is for Brenda and Cory and his team of installers. We look forward to many happy years of swimming thanks to these folks! On an additional note, Cory and his Team have a construction company and we trust and appreciate their craftsmaship so much they are coming back in fall to do some work on our House!Thanks again!Satisfied CustomersNeal and Tamara WadeParis Arkansas

  Haven't even gotten the pool in.Changed installation dates without notifying us ,twice.Store manager is full of excuses.Sat home yesterday and today waiting for them to come out and make sure the location will work.At 4:30 they called and stated they don't do that.Obviously,they don't need the business because all she could say was "do you want to cancel your order?"

  Had mud algae. New home and the pool company that services the pool did not treat it, thus I couldn't keep my pool clean. Went in and everyone was very helpful, correctly diagnosed the problem and gave a solution. My pool looks better than it has since I bought the house.

  Good customer service .. a little pricey
